3Gas+ Alarm.

The smallest professional 12V gas alarm for camper and caravan and boat, among others.

Peace of mind during your holiday, while sleeping, for you, your children, your pets. It’s so important. Gases are unintentional, dangerous to humans and animals at the time of leakage and disturbances in equipment, cylinders or pipes.

In addition to unintended situations, gases such as Ether are also increasingly used to make people unconscious for committing robberies.

The 3Gas+ alarm is specially designed to alert you in all these cases. The 3Gas+ alarm is the latest and most innovative alarm provided by the double sensor, suitable for monitoring both falling and rising gases.

The 3Gas+ alarm is a very small alarm, with a modern design that fits into any interior.
The 3Gas+ alarm detects all the following gases:

• LPG (both butane/propane) in case of accidental leakage from a device, cylinder or pipe.
• Carbon monoxide (CO) – which can be generated by a gas-operated device that is not properly ventilated or which does not have sufficient supply of fresh air for the combustion process.
• Narcotic “knockout” gases such as Ether – which are used in robberies, to make victims unconscious.

The sensor is extremely sensitive, and warns of even the smallest gas concentrations. The operation of the sensor is checked at each start-up, and the automatic calibration tests every 40 seconds whether the setting is still correct and changes it if necessary. Light and sound signals ensure that the user is always sure of the operation.

When the 3Gas+ alarm signals a gas concentration in the ambient air, the front alarm goes off for 40 seconds. If the gas concentration remains the same during the prealarm, the alarm is turned on with a continuous alarm tone and the red LED will remain on. If the gas concentration has disappeared after the front alarm, the 3Gas+ alarm goes back to standby mode.

+ Option: (extra sensor for 3Gas+ alarm)

As some gases rise and some gases decrease, it is possible to improve the operation of the gas alarm extra by placing an additional (optional) sensor that can be mounted at a different height. The additional optional sensors detect the same gases as the sensor in the gas alarm itself. It is possible to connect 2 additional optional sensors to the gas alarm.

There are 2 additional sensors available:

• Broad Spectrum: detects the same gases as the main alarm
• Specific CO(Specific CO sensor): for faster CO detection

For faster detection of CO, we recommend installing the additional CO sensor high up because CO gas is lighter than air.

Om optimaal gebruik te maken van een gasalarm in het algemeen, it is strongly recommend working with two sensors. We recommend installing the alarm at an altitude of 30cm above the floor for falling gases, and the optional additional sensor at least 1.50 high and at least 20 cm below the ceiling.
